CUBEX collects only the information needed to process your order and provide support: your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. We do not store payment card data on our servers — all payments are processed by our payment gateway partner on their own secure, hosted page. Your information is never sold to third parties, and is used solely to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and improve our service. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
Our site uses only essential (technical) cookies required for it to function properly — for example, to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, process checkout, and remember your language preference. These cookies are necessary for the site to work and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or marketing/advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). If we add any in the future, we will ask for your consent through this page beforehand.
